Ideal patio & aperitif wine, but also with salads, Asian dishes, roasted fish & meat.
Grape varieties : Tinta Roriz (70%) & Touriga Nacional (30%).
Manual picking, light pressing without breaking the skin, alcoholic fermentation 'bica aberta' followed by aging in stainless steel barrels.
