Citrus yellow colour. Aromas of toast, floral notes, freshness, fruit expression (peach, pineapple & passion fruit).
Flavour: structure, freshness, immediate drinking pleasure, balanced acidity, long round finish with woody notes.
Ideal accompaniment to asparagus à la Flamande, gratin dishes, fine fish dishes.
Grape varieties : mixture of old vines.
Manual picking, maceration & alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats, then further fermentation & aging of 30% in 225 litres French oak vats for 6 months and the remaining 70% in stainless steel tanks.
Enjoyable now, but will age nicely for a few more years.
