A remarkable wine, full, balanced and well-structured, with a very pleasant and long finish, characterised by soft, round tannins.
Fermented exclusively in French oak barrels. Aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels. Rested for 36 months in bottle.
Excellent wine with grilled red meat, game or typical stews.
Unfiltered wine. Decanting is recommended to enhance its characteristics.
