Structure and balance on the palate, firm and robust tannins with a long finish.
Partially fermented in French oak barrels. Aged for 7 months in new French oak barrels. Rested for 12 months in bottle.
Delicious with grilled red meat, with stewed or oven-baked game with full flavour (deer, pheasant, etc.), as well as with matured cheese.
