Butter yellow colour. Primary aromas of citrus & pine, which pass into long balanced floral fragrance.
A full roonde taste with mineral notes, long finish with tropical fruit.
Grape varieties : old vines from a small plot.
The grapes are picked manually, 'macération pelliculaire' and fermentation with skin in Amphoras of 1000lt until this process stabilizes itself naturally. Rest on Amphoras.
Commercialised in 2021, already pleasantly drinkable, but will age nicely.
