Beautiful ruby red colour. Rich aromas of wild forest fruits, plum & vanilla. Full body, rounded tannins, vanilla, woody notes, long finish with acidic touch, typical of Baga grape.
Grape variety: 100% Baga.
Manual grape picking. The bunches of grapes are stored in open press tanks, where biological skin maceration starts, followed by natural fermentation, without adding enzymes or yeasts. The grapes are manually pressed in order to optimise the extraction of their characteristic properties. After the fermentation process, the wine rests further in stainless steel vats & then matures for 12 months in oak barrels.
