Are our Sun In A Box products not quite to your liking? Don't panic, you have 14 days to request an exchange or refund.

All items returned within this period must be in exactly the same condition in which they were received. The returned products must be unworn and in their original packaging, and the shipping costs are for your own account. You may send your package to the following return address:

As soon as your package has arrived in our warehouses, you will receive an e-mail with the return confirmation, and after a state check, the return can be accepted.

At the latest within 14 days after receipt of the return, the full order amount excluding return costs will be credited.

The return costs are for your own account, these costs are approximately 7 euros per package. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
